| New Member | This is my second post here, and I'll introduce myself again and add my goals. My name is Rob. I'm here because I've fallen out of the life. I was at one point about 8 months ago, a 6'2 215 pound ripped mass. Now as I sit here I am a 6'2, 250 pound, POS. I took time off from the gym for no reason at all, and turned to food as my drug of choice. I am here now to turn my life around. I graduate in less then 3 weeks and am so ashamed of myself for not looking my best. Because in 3 weeks there is no way to become what I want to be, I have chosen to just not worry about that, but to become what I once was in the next few months. I want to get back to that lifestyle, back to that man. I'm here to read, learn, and educate. Don't become like me, don't give up your lifestyle. Even in less then a year you can go from cut to put, and its not a good feeling when you realise you're out of shape. Peace, love, and lifting, Rob.
