I am using this website for my calcualtions: http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=31 I am measuring my chest, suprailiac, abdomen, and thigh. The calculation for males has everything but suprailiac. However, I would like to include this into my calculation to get a better estimate. Last week was my first week testing and I got 6, 14, 17, and 16 for chest, suprailiac, abdomen, and thigh. I got a measurement of 10.379%. Today, I did my weekly measure and all of them were the same except for my suprailiac went down to 12mm. I entered it into the calculator and I got the same bf%. I figured out that the calculator only uses chest, thigh, and abdomen for males. Is there a calculator out there for males using the four sites I am using? I want my measurements to be as accurate as possible. I would use the seven site test, but I don't have that many hands, lol . Thanks! |
