Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | was wondering how one can determine what body type they have... I understand that ecto's are meant to be thin, meso's are meant to be muscular, and endo's are meant to be pear shaped... but how can you tell when you're overweight? I don't struggle losing weight, so does that mean Im not an endo? I've always had broader shoulders than my hips - even when I was truely overweight. How can one tell? if I were to post a picture could it be determined? or is it all just guess work? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | according to that information I guess I best fall under the description of a meso. Tho at a guess all body types can become out of shape (cept maybe ecto's aye? hehe)... Seeing as I spent so many years infront of the computer doing ****all drinking coke and eating pizza and chips :p |
