Ectomorph Thin and lean build Rail-Shaped body Lean Physique Slender bone structure Narrow facial structure slender neck narrow shoulders narrow chest Body Composition Body fat level- low Muscularity- low Example- Marathon Runner Mesomorph Strong and athletic build Rectangular-shaped body Muscular physique Large Bone structure Sqyare facial structure Thick neck broad shoulders broad chest Body Composition Body fat level- low-medium Muscularity- high Example- Collegiate wrestler Endomorph Thick and heavy build pear shaped body round physique medium bone structure round facial structure short neck medium shoulders soft chest Body Composition Body fat level- high Muscularity- low-medium Example- offensive linesman *Now this isnt always right, but ive found it to be pretty damn close in alot of cases, Just figure out what your most closely related to, and go from there, or trake pics and let the guys here decide, they are great at that kidnda thing.
