wow bro am i reading that right? 320 and 6'2 at only 15??? You are gigantic regardless of age!

How long have you been lifting if at all? If you are new to lifting i would recommend 30 minutes of treadmill walking every week and 3 days of high rep full body workouts each week.... it will help condition your body to move onto something more advanced while still helping you to lose weight.

How's your diet looking? How many calories? The unfortunate truth is, if you're that heavy you are eating way too much man. You gotta curb your appetite somehow.

Tag for latter man. I'm running late for work but i'll come back and give you some tips on how to gradually get where you want to be. As long as you're in it for the long haul and don't try to do everything at once you will be fine and healthy. Remember this is a life long deal. Not some 8 week miracle but you seem to be on the right track.

Talk to ya more later.

the first advice I have is get rid of the world of warcraft.. sell your character on ebay if you have it built up.. I have never played it but I know people who are seriously hooked on it.

next lose the peanut butter sandwiches peanut butter lke skippy, jif, and most other name brands are high in fat, and sugar.. the fats are good fats, but if you are trying to lose weight, taking in sugar, with fat at the same time is a bad idea.. the sugar will spike your insulin, and cause your body to store the fat from the peanut butter...

You have to motivate yourself, nobody is going to tell you some magic thing that is going to give you motivation. Set a goal, and then take steps to achieve it. For cardio if your feet bother you, get on an exercise bike for an hour a day. slowly increase the intensity, lift weights 3 to 4 times a week for an hour.

instead of eating two plates at super time, eat one, then eat the second plate a couple hours later...

nothing has proven to me that fat and carbs don't belong in the same meal. Not one person has actually said "wow, i need to stop mixing my C and P because it is making me fat." On the other hand, there have been a number of people who have told me "I've made the leanest gains of my life mixing carbs and fats in each meal."

IMO, a line must be drawn between science and practicality.
