Default binges in fitday

for peole that use fitday.what do u do when calorie counting and have a binge(even a small one!).hard to count food e.g some crisps,chocolate,ckes etc ?

Well, I found that while counting calories in fitday I would have very few binges because I knew I would have to look at it. Basically just take the food and add it just like any other food. if you ate it but not from a container you can see then try and find the closest thing using online resources.

word, putting it into fitday helps stop binges for me. and skel is right to

use it as motivation!
