Big and Puffy Nipples.. hellppp

hi guys, so im around 5'10 and 154 lbs (70kg), more of a martial artist than a body builder, but i still like to take alot of care about my body's functionality and appearance.

so anyway, i'm pretty thin and muscular. I don't have alot of bodyfat but it ALL seems to be concentrated towards my abdominal area.

Additionally, i don't know how else to phrase this, but when my nipples aren't hard they are really puffy, pointy, and have a pretty large diameter.

what can i do about this..?

How old are you? If you're under 20, it's probably puberty.

I used to have a problem with this too but after losing weight, it looked better. Only thing to say is to gain lots of mass so the nipples look normal compared to the large body

It is probably puberty. Have you used any steroids or prohormones in the past?

only doctor prescribed.

i used to be pretty chubby and stuff, and then i went through a phase and became REALLY unhealthily thin (5'10 121lbs). family doctor said i had a testosterone defficency so he prescribed some injections. i had 2. but they weren't full on hardcore bodybuilding steroids...

In your case it is probably an inbalance of testosterone and estrogen that will pass with maturity. Lifting, expecially doing hardcore compound exercises, can boost testosterone naturally.

it doesn't sound like he has gyno dude. Gyno effects more than your nipples.

To the originla poster: I have the same issue too. My nipples are just puffy. I think it may be genetic. Here is your solution: Wear a tight undershirt all the time. This will make them disapear. As for going shirtless... people don't care or notice it as much as you think. I know I'm hoping to get my chest big enough to rid them.

How old are you? I can suggest somethings but age is important.

Yes for sure. Take Afreeradical's post for instance. You could have said it is the swelling of the breast tissue underneath the nipple that can be caused by many things including anabolic steroids or puberty. That would have been an educated post that would have answered his question. I have nothing against you man, I just get tired of checking out threads where people ask real questions and people post things that really don't answer or help the situation. No big deal.

Anabolics and puberty had been mentioned already. A one word answer to the question was sufficient.
