Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | It is going to be my first time cutting in November, so do you guys know if any routine/diets that I could follow for the last 6-7 weeks of the year? I was thinking something like: http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/13wee...urningdiet.php But it is 13 weeks long. I still might do it. But i am open for more suggestions. Thanks guys!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | imo 6-7 weeks isn't long enough for meaningful fat loss. My vote would be to follow the 13 week plan if it's something you'd like to do.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I think I am going to but I would have to start pretty soon. Do you recommend I follow the 13 week plan training aswell? Or just the diet and whatever program I choose?(Max-OT)

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | As long as your eating clean with a 'cutting' diet, and doing cardio, you'll lose your weight :P Just watch your lean mass to make sure your not burning off any of it..

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Alright so I already am taking Whey Protein, Multivitamins/Minerals, Vitamin C right now. So all I need is fish oil? Would it be good if I just get Omega 3,6,9 Oil? Also, I plan on taking some basic glutamine and maybe creatine.
