Default Benefits of Yogurt

I found this site when I was researching the different kinds of foods to help fight midsection fat. I have always heard that abs are first and foremost made in the kitchen. Without starving myself I don't know what else to do.
I know there is muscle under the fat, and finding a way to get the fat off so the muscle can be seen, is something that I am on a mission to do!
I thought the article was pretty interesting, so I want to let others read it that might be interested in the benefits of eating yogurt.

I swear by yogurt, good post!

I make sure that it's not only fat free but has no added sugar - as most prepackaged ones like yoplait and dannon have high fructose corn syrup and added sugar even though they are fat free. Instead I buy a tub of Organic, Fat Free, PLAIN yogurt, add my own fresh fruit and sweeten it with Splenda or Stevia - that way I can assure myself that not only is it fat free but the only sugar in it is that of which is naturally found in the fruit and in the dairy.

Yeah plain, non-sweetened yogurt is great for you. I like to mix it with some cut up fruit and it tastes damn good.

Back in August we had a thread about the benefits of yogurt, I love the stuff.

I make my own yogurt my using the non-fat, plain, non-sweetened yogurt. I add 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2T of splenda and a spoonful of no-sugar added jam. Then I can make different flavors and customize how much carbs are in it, how sweet it is, etc. Good tasting stuff for mixing it up once in a while.

Just don't use the sweetened kind since they're almost always sweetened with HFCS.
