It works if you are consistent. 60 min of ddr each night WILL shred you up.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ya, DDR is great, I play it on continuous so there are virtually no breaks, but its a bonus you get shredded plus its fun and you get practice to challenge all those super nerds at the arcade |

Some of the songs have a lot of jumping involved, while others have a lot of 'machine gun taps' of different nature. Usually like left down left down right down left. It takes a lot of energy (and coordination) to not just move that fast, but continue doing it for an hour.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I tried playing that game one time and almost fell over instantly. I sucked... Any type of activity that gets the heart pumping will be adequate forms of cardio... add hardcore sex to that list.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ddr is cool if you dont mind looking silly when you fall over like i do Also I walk on the treadmill at a 9% incline between 3.5 and 4 miles per hour. You have to hold on to the top so you dont fall off but if you can push through it without holding on for 2 minutes at a time you will find you get the same burn and possibly the same calorie burn as running. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 178 | I ride a mountain bike for cardio. It at times is similar to HIIT (climbing hills) I also will try to improve my times over a certain distance. I like to go for long rides 50 miles + but it isn't great for what I am trying to acomplish.. gaining, or maintaining muscle. So I keep my rides to an hour.. but I always try to push myself harder, and harder.. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 178 | If you can jump rope, that burns over 1000 calories an hour. Good luck doing it for a full hour though... |
