| FDU Devils Weightlifter | ok Daily Calorie Intake: ~2100 calories Protien Intake: 263grams/1050calories Carb Intake: 157grams/630calories Fat Intake: 47grams/420calories Ratio: 50p/30c/20f now for the fun part: picking how much food to eat. 5 meals : 420 calories/meal 52.6g protien/meal 31.4g carbs /meal 9.4g fat/meal i dont know if I can eat that little. I can do a LOT of tuna, that would do the trick. breakfast will be reduced to 1/3 cup of oats and like 2 egg whites or so.. any suggestions?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | how does your post-workout shake play into the whole scheme here? if you do the standard 50-100 grams of carbs, you'll have to have a carb-free meal at some point in the day.
