| Pro Stature | What does your pre/during/post workout nutrition regimen look like? here is mine.. 2-3 hours before: about 80g complex carbs and 30-40g lean protein, minimal fat 1 hour before: about 60g complex carbs, 30-40g lean protein, minimal fat During: 50g dextrose, 50g whey protein 1hr after: 85g complex carbs, 30-40g lean protien, minimal fat I know a lot of people do this differently so I'd like to see some other methods.. this has been working very well for me personally. |

Recipes: | That's more like pre-pre/pre/during/post/post-post workout nutrition .I go with low GI carbs before, high during, and a blend after. Protein before and after. |

| Pro Stature | around 60 low GI carbs, 30g protein 1hr pre workout 1 liter/34oz water during workout 90g carbs (60 low GI, 30 from banana) and 50g protein post workout post post workout is usually some kind of meat with ~50-60g protein.
