these last 2-3 weeks ive been cutting and have learned to cook some awesome meals, cheating seems pointless now when i can get a high protein meal, big enough so that i get really full, when its only 550 cals (imagine three meals like this, 1650 cals, then 3 smaller meals 300 cals each, ~2500 cals a day..)
here it is..
25g peanuts
25g black beans
paprika
mushrooms
200g broccoli
red pepper
250g chicken breast
sweet sour sauce
1st pic preparation of veggies
2nd pic after chicken gets cooked on the pan throw in the veggies
3rd pic the meal..

Diets are always tough for me if I don't enjoy what I eat. But if you can diet and still eat at least a few foods you like, you usually won't have a problem, at least I don't...

take a look at the meal i posted pics of, i guarantee its tastier than whatever fast food place can serve you and its 550 healthy cals... you can adjust it to 400 cals and its still a satiating meal.. there is no reason to eat food you hate while cutting unless your preparing for the mr.olympia

Very nice. So you just fry it in the sweet and sour sauce? Or is there oil?

It really is a lifestyle you get used to healthy foods and you actually crave them. Be creative.

Sixpack is at 8 years.... it's easy. Happiness and expectations are all relative. I ENJOY cottage cheese with splenda, cinnamon and berries. I ENJOY a nice sweet potato with chicken breast. Thats just how I roll now. Sugar makes my stomach turn.[/quote]

its pretty hard to lean bulk at penn state. All I want is some brown rice, plain chicken breasts, steamed vegetables and a sweet potatoe. Its impossible to find plain food. I went to McLanahans to buy oats. But all they had was the tiny containers. At least the gyms are good. But yesterday was a leg day. So I'm really hating all of the stairs today.[/rant about penn state food]

you know there is a wallmart on N Atherton.

Wait until this fall. Once the West Halls dorm opens, you'll be in great shape. They serve rice and chicken breast at every meal. (Athlete's dorm)

I've hadn't had that much time to explore State College yet. But I'll go to Wally World hopefully on Sunday. The training table in Pollock is serving regular shitty food. I was pretty dissapointed. I can't believe how much ice cream they serve here! Almost every meal has ice cream and people are always eating it.
