your one a day shouldnt be taken with fiber subosivly some of the stuff combines with fiber and doesnt do what is supost to and it just goes throuugh the body... so just giving you a heads up. Dont take your oneaday with fiberus stuff

You should take somne vitamin C and a B complex instead, maybe chuck in some Vitamin E. Its vitamin A that you cant take extra of while your on roaccutane
