Dymatize Elite Whey + Dextrose/Maltodextrin. I also like to add glutamine and bcaa's, but they are not essential.

i've only been training seriously for 2 years, so i don't really swear by any. I just do the normal VitaminShoppe brand whey + orange gatorate powder. I've also had some pretty great results from GNC's mono. To be honest, i don't really consume a great big PWO shake. I only do enough to get my metabolism fired back up, then i eat HUGE meals... 800+ kcals.

Just the basic's so far- Whey. I take BCAA during and NO-Xplode pre when I'm on it. Considering something post though to reduce DOMS and increase recovery but haven't settled on anything.

I was using Myozene until it started making me fat.

Now I just eat the same meal I have for breakfast.

2 scoops of ON Whey and 1 cup of oatmeal.

Other supps would include BCAAs and Vitamin C.

Whey + dex + malto + creatine mono + BCAA

There isn't a pre-formulated supplement that can beat that basic combo.

I love my postworkout: Ground up oats + whey. Beta-carotene, vitamin c and vitamin e. I swear the antioxidants prevents DOMS a lot and prevent any kind of "worn out" feeling.

I sometimes find myself wondering why my body feels tired and crappy and I remember I forgot my postworkout antioxidants.

I've lately been doing the basics, whey, creatine, dextrose, vitamin B, possibly some added bcaa's, etc.

Reading this thread however I'm interested in adding oats for a change up, anyone recommend a particular product, or just any standard store bought version work?
