Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Keep in mind that chicken breast is up to 20% fat. Oats are 10% fat, etc. I eat oats and chicken and stuff all day and to meet 20% fat intake I only take in 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to meet my fat intake. I usually have a bunch of natty peanut butter rice cakes on the weekend though. What're you goals?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | i believe fat should make up more than 20%, but it depends on your goals. you still need to do research on what a balanced diet looks like. When you realize this, you will not be tempted. I eat PBnJ sandwhiches all day with two glasses of FF milk each time. (sugar free jelly). I use an oat-based bread. Still crap, but I don't really give a crap.
