it depends. Carrots can add up, but generally, the pros outweigh the cons.

As for the bannanas... be carefull, and make sure they fit into your macronutrient split. I generally eat 2 bananas with my breakfast.

E.Coli is not all bad.. It is a great way to lose some weight fast.....

My favorite vegetable is beef. Then chicken. Then tuna.

Other than that, I eat some broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus and salad greens every day.

Bird's Eye has a frozen microwavable stir fry blend of broccoli, water chestnuts, carrots and snow pea blend that you can cook in 4 minutes. Throw some parmesan cheese, salt and pepper on this and you are good to go. This is my idea of fast food.
