Ive used a meal of a grilled chicken burger with cheese and honey mustard dressing, fries, a diet coke and an apple danish muffin. Brace yourself, this is f!@#ing disgusting :excorcist Grilled Chicken Breast Filet: Boneless, skinless chicken breast filets with rib meat containing: up to 12% of a solution of water, seasoning [salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, spices, whey, flavor (maltodextrin, natural flavors (vegetable source), dextrose, monosodium glutamate), partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, Romano cheese [Romano cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride], nonfat dry milk, disodium phosphate], parmesan cheese powder [enzyme modified parmesan cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride), nonfat dry milk, disodium phosphate], xanthan gum, cheese flavor [dehydrated cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract], extractives citric acid, soybean oil and sodium phosphates. Sharp Pasteurized Processed American Cheese (slice): Cultured milk, water, cream, sodium citrate, salt, sodium aluminum phosphate, sorbic acid (preservative), sodium phosphate, cheese culture, artificial color, acetic acid, enzymes, lecithin. Buns: Enriched bleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, iron, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean, corn, canola, and/or cottonseed). Contains 2% or less of salt, wheat gluten, malted barley flour, alpha amylase, mono- and diglycerides, propionic acid, phosphoric acid, calcium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monocalcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbomide, corn flour, soy flour, potato flour, calcium peroxide, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, silicon dioxide, sodium steryol 2 lactylate, fungal enzymes, emulsifiers, sodium or calcium propionate (as a preservative), sesame seeds. Lettuce, onion. French Fries: Potatoes, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, natural flavor (beef source), dextrose, sodium acid pyrophosphate (to preserve natural color). Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | I prolly eat fast food 3 times a week from different places but i do try to get the healthiest thing on the menu. The grilled chicken sandwich plain from Mcdonalds isnt that bad with 400 cals and only 5g total of fat.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | If I'm on the run I usually eat at Wendy's if possible and get a fruit cup/plate and some chili. Both of those aren't that bad for you really. Fortunately there are some good BBQ restaurants in town that serve you rather quickly and I can always stop in and get a small serving of plain, boiled potatoes and 1/2 of beef brisquit. ![]() |
