If you know the nutritional facts of GI that’s awesome but if not its ok I’ll find it. So you guys tell me what food exactly you would like to have on a meal plan. Thanks. Game |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | GI, for whole foods, is extremely random and changes greatly with a number of variables. The list and link above are great. 95% of my carbs come from oats, rice, fruit and barilla plus My protein comes from chicken, turkey, fish, beef, deer, dairy My fats come from nuts, oils and animal. That's all there is to it. The only foods off limits are processed sugars, processed flour and trans fats.
