Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 52 | Whey or Casienate with Milk or Water (depending on calorie input that day) Tunafish, I think these meals/nutrition gets exaggerated by ppl. In my opinion, casien vs. whey has been the same result. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 15 | ^^I only avoid carbs before bed, and fats should be mono's/omegas Cottage cheese or cottage cheese and whey or ISS matrix (casein mix) I prefer to have a couple of fish oil caps with any of the three posted above too.
