Cottage cheese and peanut butter
Half a chicken breast (sometimes with peanut butter )
Can of tuna or salmon
Nonfat milk and peanut butter
Casien shake

EDIT: I should probably say that I don't eat all of those in a night, they're individual meals

Cottage cheese, fat free. Nothing else except sometimes peanut butter. Seems to be what most of us do. :fruity:

100grams!! This one has been debated a lot and I've never seen a conclusive answer but common belief is the body can't absorb more then 50- 60 grams in a single feed. Excess is supposedly stored as fat or excreted.

Whey or Casienate with Milk or Water (depending on calorie input that day)
Tunafish, I think these meals/nutrition gets exaggerated by ppl. In my opinion, casien vs. whey has been the same result.

^^I only avoid carbs before bed, and fats should be mono's/omegas

Cottage cheese

or cottage cheese and whey

or ISS matrix (casein mix)

I prefer to have a couple of fish oil caps with any of the three posted above too.
