Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 207 | Meh I'm not a huge fan of weight gainers overall. There are generally too many carbs for the amount of protein you get. If you're dead set on one, CytoGainer isn't bad as far as taste is concerned. You could, however, eat some chicken and veggies instead. Just my 2 cents.

Personally, I make these things called "gainer bars." There is no standard, but basically I mix 16 tablespoons peanut butter with 3 cups of oats, about 1-2 cups of water, 5 scoops of protein, 1/4 cup BCAA powder, 10 packets of splenda, 1/2 packet of sugar free pudding mix, and 1 cup of powdered milk. This makes (6) 650 kcal bars with about 40g of protein, 40g carb, 8g fiber, and 30g fat... something like that anyway. They taste awsome, and are portable. Put them in a 2 inch baking dish, and place in 200 degree oven for 30 minutes, just to dry out, then put it in the frig over night. Cut, and freeze. Then eat when u want.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | 6 lbs of Cytogainer = ~$28.95 (not counting counting S/H) $28.95 = 11160 calories, 1008g protein, 1440g carbs, and 90g fat 6 gallons of 2% milk = ~$21 (assuming 1 gallon is $3.50) $21 = 11520 calories, 768g protein, 1152g carbs, and 432g fat. Unless you plan on bulking with a low fat intake, just drink you milk... it's MILK. Mark Rippetoe considers it natures steroid.
