Default Weekly Groceries

For those who buy their own groceries, let's make a list of all the groceries that you purchase weekly or bi-weekly or whatever. And then tally up the costs of each item and then the total cost. This could be a good reference guide for those who are on their own or independent and wish to see what a good example of a body building grocery list would look like.

I’ll stand, my soul Lord to You surrendered, all I am is Yours.

You should be able to eat for about $2-$3 per meal.

My wife does the shopping, but I used to when I was single.

Items are cheap like:

Oatmeal
Yams
Eggs
Chicken breasts
Broccoli
Tuna
Some Steaks

Fruits can be expensive and some veggies like asparagus.

Salmon is a great food, but mucho dinero.

Orange Roughy is a very mild and much cheaper fish.
