And then tally up the costs of each item and then the total cost. This could be a good reference guide for those who are on their own or independent and wish to see what a good example of a body building grocery list would look like. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 200 | You should be able to eat for about $2-$3 per meal. My wife does the shopping, but I used to when I was single. Items are cheap like: Oatmeal Yams Eggs Chicken breasts Broccoli Tuna Some Steaks Fruits can be expensive and some veggies like asparagus.
