Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Ola all, All right I am trying to track my water a little more accurately so I can post it in my logs since I think people could use the reminder (including me) of the importance of it. So the question is when you count water like 1, 1.5, 27 gallons, ok maybe not 27, do you include water you add to protein shakes, supps, etc? or just naked water? I know its nit picky but was curious.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I don't count the water from my shakes and such. What I do is drag a gallon jug with me. If I need to refill it during the day, I'm doing good.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | the gallon jug is the only way to go... plus you get extra cool points when at a stop light if you reach over and chug it and then look up at the other guys next to you and just smile. :-D

| Soldier In Progress | I too count it by gallons, if I have to fill it twice in a day (meaning I drank 1 gallon already, have to fill it again) I'm doing good. Usually 4-5:00 I've got one gallon down and fill my next.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 71 | I have a 7.5L jug that I refill every day. I set a goal to drink it within a 24 hr period. Other sources of water include protein shakes, water I use for making oats and the 1.5L bottle I take to the gym. On some days I have to refill that bottle, others not so much.
