Default Warning about Walden Farms 0 cal dips....

I don't know if it's because I'm on a low carb diet or what... but just a couple spoons of that stuff and BAM instantly bloated with water the next day! I've 'tested' it a few times, and I'm convinced that it's the walden farms 0 cal fudge dip to blame. That's what I get for eating chocolate flavored chemicals. I knew it was too good to be true.

haha, so true. But bloating is bad, especially at 17% bodyfat 2 spoons of walden farms 0 cal fudge dip is the difference of .25"-.5" on my abdomen/love handles... no joke. Not cool, not cool.

Hey Skelooth...if you want to find a different LC syrup/dip...

You can check out this site...they give product recommendation and reviews on LC products.

Here's what they say about some of the LC syrups out there:

http://www.lowcarbluxury.com/reviews-syrups.html

It's a great sight for LC recipes as well.

i actually don't normally do the "low cal" thing. One of the staples of my diet, no matter which diet i'm on, is that I try to stay away from anything processed... and low cal foods are usually processed to hell and back. And for syrups, i can't have any type of sugar other than dextrose while on my CKD.

I agree.

Well you can still check out the recipes if you like. They are both LC and most of them do not contained processed foods/ingredients.

Say it isn't so!

I love that stuff in my smoothies. A couple of tbsps and a few drops of peppermint extract. Yuummmm!

No, I can't say I've had any bloating from it all. Been using it off and on for a couple of years. I like their salad dressings as well.

Pffft, suck it up, bloating is fun. It's not like people examine your BF every day, you're clothed! (I hope)

they might not notice my BF%, but I sure do! Especially being a college student in a college where it's 2 to 1 girls to guys.... You should see my 'outdoor activities' class... whoa momma.... me and 10 gorgeous college girls hiking outdoors once a week.... then god said "let life be good".
