Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I only found out about these a couple weeks ago and they're perfect for mixing into shakes. They mix easily, taste good & don't leave you with that bloated feeling in your stomach that you get from adding normal oats to your shakes. The consistency is almost like protein powder, just a little thicker/grainier. HK |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I have a coffee grinder that cost 10 bucks at wal mart that I use to grind my oats when adding them to shakes or foods.
