Ultra Fine Oats - Does Anybody Eat These?

I only found out about these a couple weeks ago and they're perfect for mixing into shakes. They mix easily, taste good & don't leave you with that bloated feeling in your stomach that you get from adding normal oats to your shakes.

The consistency is almost like protein powder, just a little thicker/grainier.

I have a coffee grinder that cost 10 bucks at wal mart that I use to grind my oats when adding them to shakes or foods.

That's a pretty good idea. At present the amount I pay for 1kg of Ultra Fine oats is about 5x the price I pay for 1kg of normal oats. I may invest in a coffee grinder if it'll save me money in the long run and it grinds them well.

Same thing I do, bought one that cost a bit more but allows me to control the grind a bit more. Makes the oats perfect for adding to my shakes

Mine get down to basically a powder, sure any coffee grinder will do it. For certain things though I like them not being as ground down.

Yeah, down to a fine powder the same consistancy as flour.
