Default Timing


I recall reading that you recover and rebuild the most when you are in a deep sleep(REM?). That being said, would it be more wise to take your multi-vitamin or other pills a little bit before you go to sleep, so that they are used with the most proficiency that your body will tolerate?

most vitamines and minerals are actually stored in the body for use as they are needed. Because of this, taking ur multi when it is best ABSORBED is key. Absorbtion at night, due to lack of carbs and water intake, is low, and should be avoided. PWO is the best time to take your multi.\

Most vitamins of any kind are best taken with food. Water soluble can be taken with anything, fat soluble is probably best absorbed with a meal containing some fats.
