That being said, would it be more wise to take your multi-vitamin or other pills a little bit before you go to sleep, so that they are used with the most proficiency that your body will tolerate? |

Absorbtion at night, due to lack of carbs and water intake, is low, and should be avoided. PWO is the best time to take your multi.\ Don't forget your multi

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Most vitamins of any kind are best taken with food. Water soluble can be taken with anything, fat soluble is probably best absorbed with a meal containing some fats. |
