Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | yay for naps.... i actually have a large past meal (80g carbs and 50g Protein) right before I sleep. I rest for an hour or so, then wake up and lift. It has been great for my energy in the gym.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | you know i eat 5 to 6 small meals a day and i was just wondering if you are supposed to re eat your morning meals if you took a nap in the after noon.you are suppose to drink protein as soon as you wake up from fasting when you sleep at night so does that apply to you if just woke up from a nap?
