Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | Fish oil supps are good but i would still try to eat fish as much as i could. Dont completely cut out fish b/c you are taking fish oil supps.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 71 | You're missing the protein from the salmon by taking fish oil caps. I don't know if fish oils are cheaper than eating the equivilent in actual fish though. |
