08-19-2006 :: Raw Un-pasteurized Milk - The New Old Anabolic Agent
When drugs first entered the sport of bodybuilding many athletes were not willing to use them. These athletes had to find ways to keep up with the gains made by their chemically enhanced counterparts. Some returned to drinking raw un-pasteurized milk and cream.

It was said that Rheo Blair first learned about raw milk's muscle building powers when he was educated in nutrition, then Vince Gironda and many others also adopted this practice of using raw milk. So if raw milk is so powerful why don't we hear about it today? Because you can't get raw milk legally in most states. Politics and big business have stripped you of your ability to buy raw milk from local dairies.

I first learned about raw milk from Randy Roach during a conversations revolving around an episode of Super Human Radio where he discussed the Golden Era of Bodybuilding.

During this episode of Super Human Radio we will discuss the numerous scientific studies that support raw milk's health benefits and muscle building effects. We will also discuss some of the politics that removed its access from the public and how you CAN get raw milk today and reap it health and strength benefits.

Whether you are a bodybuilder, strength athlete, endurance athlete or simply a weekend warrior you won't want to miss this episode!!

I've noticed triceptor doesn't post, only advertises, but it least it's on topic and interesting

I've noticed a huge increase lately of people talking about raw foods. Namely raw milk and raw egg yolks. Intriguing.

yes I am guilty of postng mainly about the radio show these days. I used to spend numerous hours daily on various forums posting about my specialty - transdermal delivery and compounding with lecithin organogels. Life has become very hectic for me and I just don't have the time any longer.

The radio show is a new love of mine and I try to share as I can. I apologize if I seem to only be pimping the show these days. I can assure you that if you do a search for homebrewing with transdermals on various sites you will see that I have paid my dues.

This forum is new to me as I learned about it by checking webstats for the show's website and saw traffic coming from here so I figured there were listeners here and I would attempt to update.

The show on raw milk will be a great show. I have been researching the subject for a couple months now and I am very excited about the potential of using raw milk to make muscle gains. In fact I will be picking up my first gallon the same day of the show.

I spoke to Larry Scott on Thursday and asked him if he used raw milk back-in-the-day and he said he tried it but didn;t have access to it back home where he lived. he was a deciple of Blair's and many of his protein products emulate Blair's early formulations.

Randy Roach will discuss all the athletes that used raw milk and made amazing gains. In this time of post-ban PH I wanted to dust off a few tricks from back-in-the-day and serve them up as new. I'll post the link to the Podcast after the show airs for those outside of the Ohio Rivver Valley region. Hope you enjoy it.

Awesome bro Are YOU the DJ/Interviewer?

I'm pretty interested about this raw foods thing myself. It fits in with a lot of my theories on what nutrition SHOULD be.

Yes I am Carl Lanore, host of Super Human Radio.

You have come to some nutritive realizations it appears. Native Nutrition - Dr. Schmid is and expert in Native Nutrition and has taught it for over 25 years. Both he and Randy Roach are raw meat eaters as well..... but that's another show bro

Awesome bro I'll have to give a listen sometime.

The raw meat is a little extreme for me though. But I am a huge advocate of diets based on whole natural foods like meats and vegetation.

I used to drink raw milk in the 80s when I was a young powerlifter.
