can i just get those bottom round steaks, cause i really can't afford those t-bones and stuff, and it should be just as good with protein to, like for eating it in the morning with some egg whites and oatmeal.

The best cuts to get (protein vs price), with minimal fat, is the Top round London Broil. I have plenty of that sitting around and it's pretty easy to cook.

Check out Nutrition Data.

Pork tenderloin is a good choise if you want pork. Its about as lean as chicken breast but tends to get a little pricey. The next time you see it on sale pick up a couple and pop them in the freezer.
