Looks fantastic for a first try of a keto diet! The only thing I'd recommend is try to get more salads and or broccoli in there otherwise you might start feeling a bit hungry. 4oz chicken, 4oz avocado, 3oz cucumber does not feel very satisfying

All in all, Awesome! :bigthumbu

yeah that's why you gotta cut back on other carbs (like the avocado) and up the carbs from broccoli, lettuce, celery, etc. Fat is NOT filling bro. When I'm cutting my mom yells at me cos I eat "6 little chunks of fat" each day.

i was getting sad cause the keto stick color wasnt changing past "trace" so today i ate more mix nuts and used 2 tbsp of olive oil with my breakfast. then i jus pee'd on it again and it is moderate! wooz!

on another note, ENERGY TOTALLY SUCKED TODAY!!!

but im madly inlooooooooooooove with avocados.

That what a CKD diet is...ie "cyclic" ketogenic diet.

Anyway, I just saw this thread, so I'm too late. But Your cals were WAY too low, and protein was WAY too low as well. I used a straight keto diet for 16 weeks when I first started to train (to lose the fat) and I kept protein=to fat and kept carbs down under 25g/day (except post workout).

I thought you were heavier. What are your stats again? You seem pretty light to be having the need for keto.
