Default Spent All Day On This Diet - How Is It?


I've decided to bulk now rather than cut because I want to make the biggest gains I can whilst my test is so high. I've spent basically all day at my computer researching things and switching back and forth from calorieking.com onto my diet so that I get it right. Please tell me what you all think of it, thanks.

My stats are:

Age - 17
Weight - 215lbs
Height - 5,10"

Meal 1

79g Protein Powder - 301Kcals (Protein - 61.6g, Carbs - 6.7g, Fat - 3.9g)
100g Oats - 389Kcals (Protein - 16.9g, Carbs - 66.3g, Fat - 6.9g)
15g Peanut Butter - 88Kcals (Protein - 3.6g, Carbs - 3.2g, Fat - 7.5g)

Total Calories - 777
Total Protein/Carbs/Fat - 82.1/76.2/18.3

Meal 2

303g Chicken Breast - 333Kcals (Protein - 69.7g, Carbs - 0g, Fat - 3.6g)
96g Brown Rice - 348Kcals (Protein - 6.9g, Carbs - 73.4g, Fat - 2.7g)
11g Olive Oil - 97Kcals (Protein - 0g, Carbs - 0g, Fat - 11g)

Total Calories - 778
Total Protein/Carbs/Fat - 76.6/73.4/17.3


Meal 3

277g Tuna - 355Kcals (Protein - 65.1, Carbs - 0g, Fat - 8.2g)
418g Potato - 322Kcals (Protein - 8.4g, Carbs - 73.1, Fat - 0.4g)
17g Peanut Butter - 100Kcals (Protein - 4.1g, Carbs - 3.7g, Fat - 8.5g)

Man, you have been posting a ton about your cutting diet. It looks solid man. Just start doing it!

Keep protein high, eat a few less kcals than you need, cut your carbs 2 meals after your workout, and do your cardio!

You'll get shredded.

Overall it looks pretty good.
I dont see many veggies or fruit though - add some if you can.

And perhaps some more omega fatty acids in there.

It does look like a very good plan. Try it out and see if it works for you. I would skip the veggies though unless you are going to consume some calorie dense ones like potatoes and corn.
