ive been saying that soy based protein and foods should be avoided because it lowers testosteroe, for about 2-3 years now, i love how no one listens to me, and all of a sudden someone writes an article and its breaking news to these people. maybe its just cause i dont post on T-Nation boards.

A lot of foods and even protein bars contain it.. at low amounts, its doubtful that it would cause any problems thuogh

I would be amazed if chewing Orbit gum had negative effects on your testosterone levels. I think you're reading too deep into this.

lol. :-D i'm exagerrating it yes I know. I'm not going to stop chewing orbit, but the butter my parents use, 80% of the ingredients are soy products, so I'm never using that again.
