Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | ive been saying that soy based protein and foods should be avoided because it lowers testosteroe, for about 2-3 years now, i love how no one listens to me, and all of a sudden someone writes an article and its breaking news to these people. maybe its just cause i dont post on T-Nation boards.
