Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Buy an insulated lunch box and take full meals with you all day. I've been doing that because I'm cutting and wanna keep my metabolism high but you could do the same to try and gain weight. Just eat lots of meat, eggs and other calorie dense products. Almonds are good, too. As for e bol, I agree with Ikaika. The only things you will really get anything out of at this point is good training and food. How long have you been training? A multivitamin, and whey protein are the only supplements I would recommend to you if you haven't been working out for about a year. You simply won't get anything out of any other supps. Hope this helped some. ![]()

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | If you have the ability, buy a George Foreman grill. It's the easiest way to prepare meats in my opinion. Here's some protein and calorie sources: Chicken breast Steaks of all sorts Sausage Eggs Bacon Ham Cheese Milk Good snacks, I like Met Rx Big 100 protein bars. Beef jerky is also good as a snack. And if you're wanting to gain a lot of weight you should look at very dense carb sources as well. They will help you add calories to your diet as well as boost your performance. My favorites are whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, and brown rice. Brown rice + scrambled eggs + ground bef = breakfast of champions lol Here's a couple good threads for you to look at that could give you come more ideas: http://www.ironmass.com/nutrition/35...e-find-em.html http://www.ironmass.com/nutrition/53...its-foods.html
