Default Should I change my diet?

This what was on todays menu.

9am - Oat Meal
12pm - Tuna sandwhich, 2 apples and a bag of chips.
3pm - A small sandwich and A protien bar
8pm - Spaghetti Bolognese (large meal)
11pm - Chicken Curry with Rice (homemade not fast food)

Is there anything I should take away/add to this diet. I kinda new to the whole (eat loads) thing.

I'd say to eat more for breakfast. Some form of protein would be good.

Agreed with the post below. add another meal. It is tough to say how many kcals u need, but i'd say that extra meal should do it.

Well.... for a start, add protein to breakfast. And make sure you're getting at least 1-1.5 g/lb/ day of protein.

If you put on fat easily, I wouldn't have carbs in the last meal (rice).

Not really what I would consider a clean diet.
