| Amateur | This what was on todays menu. 9am - Oat Meal 12pm - Tuna sandwhich, 2 apples and a bag of chips. 3pm - A small sandwich and A protien bar 8pm - Spaghetti Bolognese (large meal) 11pm - Chicken Curry with Rice (homemade not fast food) Is there anything I should take away/add to this diet. I kinda new to the whole (eat loads) thing.

| Pro Stature | I'd say to eat more for breakfast. Some form of protein would be good. |

If you put on fat easily, I wouldn't have carbs in the last meal (rice). Not really what I would consider a clean diet.
