Default Sesame Oil and Sesamin Levels

Just wondering if buying sesame oil would provide good amounts of sesamin instead of buying sesamin on it's own.

I bottle of sesame oil is fairly cheap compared to a bottle of sesamin.

the levels of sesamin are not very high in sesame oil... I can't remember where I read it, but it displayed how much per tablespoon in each, and the sesamin contained much much more...

Sorry I don't have the spcifics, but it answers your question anyway.. If I can find them I will post them...

I like sesame oil though and switch between sesame, and olive oil..

Well I currently take Udo's 3-6-9 Oil Blend and it contains sesame oil, but I am guessing the levels in that are minimal.

It's alright though, I dont need any additional supps.

has anyone seen an assay of the sesamin and sesamolin content of "SESAMIN" products currently on the market? ... an independent assay provided by someone other than the company distributing the product?
