Alright here is my recipe. Buy a half a salmon at Walmart. They should sell them where they are exactly one half a salmon still has skin on one side. Anyway, If you like Carribean Jerk, Soak it in it. Very low calories, just a little bit of carbs. Anyway, put it in the oven for 45 minutes or so, should come out perfect. Really good flavor.

Best brand? FRESH!

I've got a LOT of ways to cook salmon ... best, and easiest ...

Tinfoil, butter, thousand island and all your favorite spices.

Cut it into a 4-6oz piece, put it on a peice of tinfoil ... fold the tinfoil up like it's a little "pocket" for the salmon ... be sure to add butter and all your spices, thousand island, before you seal it up. Throw it on the grill for a few minutes, watch it ... 8-10 minutes later it should start to "flake" with a fork, if it does that it's done.

Well, I guess AnImLiZtIk and Trick kinda got to that first ...

I usually get 30-40lbs of fresh salmon a year, I love it.

Probally 75% of the protein in my diet comes from deer or fish I catch.
