10-20 softgels a day, maybe even more. Don't worry what you get from food as long as you know it's enough and their good fats.

ah crap....I just noticed the ones my mom bought this time dont have them.

Well there is only like 15 pills left. Ill go buy some tommorow...what should I look for? List ones I bought were Optium Nutrition or something like that....not same as ON who makes the whey. Those had EPA/DHA
