Is there anything wrong with hamburger? I know it is highly processed, but I don't see how it could be much worse than a quality cut of meat. Its fat content is higher, but saturated fat doesn't scare me. In fact, I find my test and sex drive is WAY better with a couple servings of red meat in my diet.
