Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 15 | Well myself about 5 years ago I was using dextrose and malto and got away from it as it would make me tired and bloated. I starting experiencing with oats postworkout and loved the way it made me feel. No crash and a nice steady insulin release. My gains are leaner since switching and I feel overall better. Try each on and see what works best for you as many still use dextrose postworkout. Not a fan of it myself but use what works best with your body. You could also use a blend of both oats and dextrose.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I also use Oats PWO in skim milk. I have been adding a little dex lately, just to use up what I have left (almost gone). I just cant handle the sweetness anymore.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | Gatorade Mix for me.... NOT the bottled crap with fructose. I like the mix because it is easy to pack, comes in a variety of flavors, and, to answer the original poster's question, it contains a blend of dextrose and sucrose. I only do about 40 grams, for I eat a big bowl of oats after my 10 minute walk to my place and showering. I also take this opportuniy (great insulin sensativity) to take my mutli. I figure I get a nice surge of nutrients with my protein and sugars. Don't forget YOUR multi PWO! PS: Hey Justin, you're PMed. I'm loving the legumes!
