some times after i workout and then eat my postworkout meal i throw up. what are you supposed to do when this happens? are you supposed to try and eat everything again?

I know I eat 1 hour before i workout, workout for one hour, then eat again to stay on my "every two hour" eating schedule.

what is it that you are eating post workout? how much, whats your portion?
ive puked during workout and then couldnt keep anything down for a while, do you get nauseau when you workout? how often does this happen

my stomach feels small post workout, i can only get a little bit down til i feel stuffed, if i eat a little too much pwo i have felt like im gonna puke, but now i just eat small balanced meal
