Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | well, in a perfect world (not to say you should do this), it is best to consume your protein with a simple carbohydrate. This would produce optimal growth. The problem with this method is it's tendency to add fat to your body. Simple carbs cause the greatest absorbtion of protein and anabolic stimulants. To answer your question in a useful fashion, carbs and protein should be eaten together, and the carbs should be complex. Some will use simple carbohydrates after cardio and a workout, while a mix might be acceptable for breakfast. From the DC methodology (IMO, worth something), you should eat the protein before the carbs. It (supposedly) slows down the digestion of the carbs and increases the proteins digestability. The theory is that carbs and protein have countering digestive enzymes.... but clearly, since people mix them all the time, there can't be much of a problem. Summary: eat complex carbs and protein in every meal. ^ gives gas and Don't forget your multi

yes. It is solid. Just look at the lable, and compare it to other more expensive and less expensive brands. Cost doesn't equal quality, but it's a good well to get a feel. Personally, I take GNC's Megaman
