lol i think this is an idiotic question but what do you guys take your protein with that you get from ***********.com? like, water milk etc.

i dont get my protein from true protein but i mix mine in milk if that helps you

you can do it with both but most powders taste better with milk
Plus you get some extra protein with that milk

the only down-side to milk is the lactose, but honestly, i dont really care.....i love my protein shakes with milk...

I only use water, but that's because it's the fastest delivery system. Milk slows down the process, it's not a big deal for any time other than morning or post-workout, but those times I believe it's a must to use water.

nah i dont drink it before bedtime, imo too much of it would convert it to fat so i only eat/drink dairy products in the morning

Eating carbohydrates before bed would be a problem but not a slow digesting protein source. Your best bet for a pre bedtime meal would be a whole food ike chicken or a Casein protein powder. Look for caseinate, or even better micellar casein. You could wake up in the middle of the night for another meal, but if you are like me (hard time falling asleep) just get a good slow digesting protein source before bed.
