Default Please help with motivation...

Hey guys, good forum you got here.

I have a serious problem with motivation. No matter how hard I try, lately, I haven't been able to control my eating. I work at Subway, so I have easy access to alot of bad food, lots of cheese/mayo etc., white bread, free unlimited fountain drinks. It's not cool sometimes. I used to have willpower, but I don't know where it went.

What can I do to change this shit? It's really starting to bum me out.

Well man you cannot just drop everything cold turkey and start on a diet you have to make small changes. The first would be if you would post your diet up so we could see how bad it really is if you say it is. Second would be to make up a grocery list of foods to stick too and avoid there are a ton of them posted. Obviously eating 4-5 smaller meals per day is a good idea of good clean unprocessed foods. Stick to whole grains, lean meats, healthy fats such as almonds, walnuts, fish oil, natural peanut butter . Carbs could be sweet potatoes, whole grain bread, oats, veggies , fruits ,
Figure out your goals and post them up and people are here to help

It wouldn't be cold turkey. I've gone a week straight, twice, only eating oatmeal, eggs, turkey and chicken. I SHOULD have willpower, but lately I've been having trouble.

GOALS: I'd like to end up, eventually, at 200 lbs. at 8% bodyfat. Whereas now I'm 5'7", 155, and 15% bodyfat.

I think going a straight week only eating the few foods you said would make anyone CRAVE something else--incorporate a cheat--when you start seeing results--you will get more willpower---everyone feels less motivated at times--hang in--don't give up!
