Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | lol I get an oreo shake PWO at the gym...ive had troble replicating it but here aer the ingredients its VERY good. mocha power 3 oreo's (or i think they use they stuff you put on cakes or ice cream-1 scoop worth) 2 scoops choc. whey 6-8oz skim milk lots of ice
