i used the first link for BF% and this is what i got:

Estimate #1 based on height and weight
Your "Ponderal Index" is 12.45 which gives an estimated body fat of 24.7% (38.6 pounds of fat)

Estimate #2 based on waist size and weight
Estimated body fat of 5.9% ( 9.1 pounds of fat)

some difference eh? both are wrong, i would love to be 5.9% but i know im not. i think im around 10%. i need to buy some calipers.

I don't trust calorie calculators. It seems I need 500+ grams of protein and 150+ grams of fat in my diet.

ANyway, www.leehayward.com has alot of great calculators.

Wow, according to this link I need to take Statin drugs. I was on some, but got some major sideeffects so I stopped them and now I am taking Niacin (natural supplement to try and lower Cholesterol). I will be going back in soon to see if it is working or not.

Depends how much money you want to spend. Lange calipers (one of the best) cost about $200. You can spend anywhere from $14 to $200. I think more important than the price is the person taking the measurement. Check out the link below and see if a university or gym near you has a bod pod. Hope this helps.
