Default offseason

hey i am a 17 year old man, and i weigh in on 176 lbs competition form, but are now about to go onto the offseason. and my offseason diet is looking like this: protein 200-250g, carbohydrat 500-650g, fat 30-40g (mostly good fat).
Now my question is is this to much or to little food to grow properly whit 4 hard intensiv workouts a week.

It's tough to say. What do you think? I need to know how active you are. There are some great metabolic counters online, just look one up and you will get some numbers.

The only REAL way to find out how much food you need is to experiment. That is... vary your caloric intake and measure ur weight and composition. I like the ratios you have, and I believe, based on ur weight, that should be enough food.

Well, right off I notice your fats are low. When I'm bulking I like to keep my fats higher, around 20%.

Agreed.

Everything looks pretty solid, but I would suggest adding more fat. Remember, fat does not equal fat. Healthy fats are great when bulking and I would suggest anywhere from 60-120 (based on weight and other variants) grams a day of healthy fats from foods such as natural peanut butter, avocados, olive oil, etc.,etc....you know, the usual suspects.
