Now my question is is this to much or to little food to grow properly whit 4 hard intensiv workouts a week. |

The only REAL way to find out how much food you need is to experiment. That is... vary your caloric intake and measure ur weight and composition. I like the ratios you have, and I believe, based on ur weight, that should be enough food.

Everything looks pretty solid, but I would suggest adding more fat. Remember, fat does not equal fat. Healthy fats are great when bulking and I would suggest anywhere from 60-120 (based on weight and other variants) grams a day of healthy fats from foods such as natural peanut butter, avocados, olive oil, etc.,etc....you know, the usual suspects. | |
