Default Official "WHAT AM I?" thread.

Alright guys. I'll post a food lable every 2 or 3 days in this thread. Your job is to tell me what food product it is. I'll start out with raw, unprepared foods, including no more than one ingredient. Eventually, I may start putting commonly eaten processed foods in the mix as well.

There is no reward, other than being a stud at recognizing foods based on kcal/serving and macronutrient breakdown (unless of course I can work something out with the Sholizness). I may give a hint every once in a while. The hint will likely give you the type of food it is (fruit, veggie, legum, starch), but generally, if you can't figure this out yourself, you may need to pay better attention to what you are eating.

All answers must be in THIS GREEN COLOR

Here is an example. This food is pretty obvious, because we all eat it on a relatively consistent basis. Can anyone guess it?

hmm, 182g of asparagus has way fewer calories than that (and a roughly even sugar:fiber ratio). This one's gotta be a fruit...

An medium sized apple with the skin (for fiber) could fit that profile... and it does have an ample amount of vitamin C.
