Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Just looking for feedback on some of my meals/diet This morning for breakfast I had 5 peices of chicken bacon cals 225 fat 30g carbs 10g pro 30g 1 egg cals 100 fat 7g carb 1g pro 7g 100g egg whites cals 60 fat 1g carbs 2g pro 10g 3 servings of yogart cals 120 fat 0 carbs 21g pro 9g 2 glasses of milk cals 22 fat 5g carbs 24g pro 18g Lunch today: Tuna 1 can cals 60 fat .5g carbs 0g pro 15g 1 pita bread cals 210 fat 1g cabrs 42g pro 9g Banana cals 138 fat 1g carbs 35g pro 2g 1 glass of oj cals 110 fat 0g carbs 29g pro 2g Workout Post workout Protein shake (2 scoops) cals 240 fat 2g carbs 6g pro 48g Supper chicken cals 264 fat 10g carbs 0g pro 40g assorted veggies or salad with light dressing cals 150 fat 9g carbs 4g pro 5g Night time shake (1 scoop) cals 120 fat 1g carb 3g pro 24g Daily total cals 1819 fat 67g carb 177g pro 219g 5 days a week min that is why I eat everyday, supper changes everyday but everything else stays the same. so what do you guys think, cals are a little low, yes? protein some days can be a little bellow 200g as well. thoughts? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Well, what are your goals? Build mass or lose weight. And how much do you weigh? The diet isn't optimal for either goal, but I'll wait to hear exactly what you hope to accomplish before making any specific suggestions.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | oh ok sure well im 6'0 currently 200lbs body fat around 15% skinny fat if you will, no definition as for my goals, Im looking to increase strength obliviously, while looking to lose the access fat. Id say I should probably be around 185 or so. Simply im just looking to put on muscle stay the leanest strongest 190/195 I can be and one day get some abs. so as for goals (in order) 1)Lose the fat 2)increase strength 3)build muscle mass 4)be the leanest 190/195 I can be 5)cut up eventually,get some abs |

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | Up the carbs. You should be aiming for around 2200 calories, not 1800.
